Queens assistant principal arrested on federal prostitution charges for pimping out porn star

An assistant principal at a Queens public school was arrested on federal charges following accusations that he engaged in a money-making business by supporting a California-based online porn star, officials said Tuesday.
Bond Ng, 47, was arrested Sunday and charged with enticing a person to travel in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution, federal officials said. Ng is an assistant principal at PS 16 in Corona, Queens, a police source said.
He is accused of contacting fans of the porn star, who lives in Los Angeles and is not named in court documents, and offering them a chance to have sex with her for $2,000 an hour.
Fans had to pay $500 more if they wanted to have anal sex or have sex without a condom, according to the complaint filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
The porn star prostitute is not underage and does not appear to have been threatened or coerced into having sex with her fans, sources said.
Federal prosecutors said Ng often pretended to be the porn star when she contacted her fans to arrange dates.
He would accept payments through his Zelle account and then contact the porn star with the client list and promised dates and sexual activities.
He also put the porn star up in hotels in New York, and sometimes even in his own apartment in Long Island City.

The case against Ng was initiated on February 20 when he was flagged for a second inspection at JFK Airport while returning to the United States from Cartagena, Colombia.
During the inspection, Homeland Security agents recovered two cellphones from Ng that contained damning text messages between him, the porn star and the porn star’s clients.
A case was built after sifting through the texts, which included conversations with the porn star in which Ng encouraged her to travel to New York to have sex for money with fans.
The woman was hesitant, but not because of sex.
“The weather is so bad,” the porn star told Ng on Dec. 27, referring to a winter storm that was expected to arrive.
Before a trip to New York in the last week of December, Ng bought the porn star a winter coat, the text messages reveal.
Ng was arrested on Sunday and released on $150,000 bail.
A spokesperson for the city Department of Education declined to comment, referring a reporter to the federal government.
