Emilie Kiser’s husband allegedly placed a $25 NBA bet before 3-year-old son’s fatal drowning, police say
Friday, Arizona police published new details on the deadly drowning of the 3 -year -old son of influencer Emilie Kiser, including allegations according to which her husband placed a bet of $ 25 on an eliminatory match of the NBA before the tragic incident.

“I had no clock, of course,” Kiser told the police in a first interview on how long he has lost sight of his son. “I don’t know the exact time, but it was moments, it was not a few minutes, it was moments. It was not that he had been out of sight for a long time.”
The surveillance images have however shown that the trigger has not been monitored for at least nine minutes and has been in the water for at least seven before Kiser found it, the report said. The images have also shown that the toddler “did not enter the water intentionally, he rather stumbled and fell by playing with an inflatable chair,” said the report.
At the same time, according to Kiser’s telephone data detailed in the report, “a bet of $ 25 was placed on Jayson Tatum marking more than 40 points” on a sports betting application around 5:14 pm, before the departure of his wife. The report indicates that the “bet was a winner, paying $ 102.50”.
The report indicates that the incident was the result of the trigger “unattended while playing around the unsecured swimming pool unable to swim”.
“It is clear that Brady’s attention has been divided,” added the report.
The release of the report intervened one day after the Arizona Superior Court for the County of Maricopa ruled in favor of Emilie Kiser after asking to seal certain details on the death of her son.
Emilie Kiser, who built millions of followers through Tiktok and Instagram with the content of mom and woman, did not publicly comment on the death of her son. A Kisers lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comments on Saturday.
