What Makes a Car Lovable? It’s Not the Tech, It’s the Cup Holders

Nearly 100,000 cars Buyers of 2025 Model Automobiles asked what they thought of their new brilliant rides. The results are revealing to say the least. Do you want to know who the worst performer was? This Ignomye goes to Audi, with 269 embarrassing problems reported for 100 vehicles.
However, one of the most interesting discoveries of the initial quality study of the JD power (labeled as a “key discovery”, no less) did not concern discomfort by the lack of physical pimples, no surprisingly, intrusive bangs of speed alcticity systems, but a marked increase in “frustration of the holder of the cup”.

Twenty years ago, a PricewaterhouseCoopers report suggested that the number of cup holders in an American vehicle was one of the most critical factors to win the purchasing decision for potential car buyers. The fact that it remains just as vital today must be stored with automotive software engineers, but that does not surprise Chris Fischer, Nissan’s reference engineer for cubelets. “These sections of cuts work well for customer satisfaction,” Fischer told Wired. “It is a key decision -maker when buying a car.”
Working at North American Technical Center in Nissan in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Fischer is the main director of the vehicle performance development company and, with a team of “cabin utility engineers”, he worked to improve the storage of drinks from the car since 2015, when the performance of the cup holders have had an impact on the Benchmage scores Niss.
