Border Patrol Chief Gives Update On When Feds Can Finally Deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia

Border Patrol Chief Agent Greg Bovino told Fox News host Jesse Watters on Friday that MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia would be deported from the United States as soon as “he becomes deportable.”
U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis of the District of Maryland, an Obama appointee, ordered the Trump administration to release Garcia, saying he was “being held in ICE custody to effectuate removal to a third country in the absence of a lawful removal order.” Bovino told “Jesse Watters Primetime” host Jesse Watters that ICE would work to put Garcia and other illegal immigrants “where they need to be.” (RELATED: Reverend Wearing a Rainbow Compares ICE Supporters to Judas)

“Once he becomes evictable, for the second time, remember, he was evictable the first time and was actually evicted,” Bovino told Watters. “When he becomes deportable for the second time, we are going to deport this individual. It’s a shame that we have these activist judges who are legislating from the bench and putting MS-13 gang members back on the streets to harm Americans. That’s what we’re doing in these American cities, taking individuals like this ‘Maryland Dad’ out of circulation and putting them back where they belong, and that’s in their country of origin.”
Garcia is currently charged with human trafficking in Tennessee and was initially deported to El Salvador, where he was held in a high-security prison used to imprison MS-13 members, leading Democrats to support his cause and demand his return to the United States. A 13-page brief detailing evidence against Garcia was released by the Trump administration in April, including immigration judges’ findings that he was a member of MS-13.
MS-13 is a Salvadoran prison gang designated a foreign terrorist organization by President Donald Trump.
Abrego Garcia was arrested in 2022 by the Tennessee Highway Patrol on suspicion of human trafficking, but was released at the request of the Biden administration’s FBI, according to the Tennessee Star.
