INGREDIENTS
Pie Crust
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1½ cups Crisco
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon of vinegar
• 5 tablespoons of iced water
• 2 to 3 tablespoons additional ice water (if needed)

Filling
• 6 to 7 Jonathan apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1 tablespoon of butter, cut into small pieces

INSTRUCTIONS
Make the crust
