White House Releases Full List of Tariffs Starting Tomorrow
A list of prices that should start on Friday for several countries around the world has been published, with rates ranging from 10 to 41%.
Syria currently has the highest rate rate at 41%, while Brazil has the lowest at 10%.

The White House published the full list of countries that would be subject to new prices on Thursday.
According to the Associated Press, the president signed a decree on Thursday which “established new rates on a large band of American trade partners to enter into force on August 7 – the next stage of its commercial program which will test the global economy”.
“The prescription was made shortly after 7 pm Thursday,” said AP. “He came after a wave of activities related to prices in recent days, while the White House announced agreements with various nations and blocks before the president of the president’s self-imposed Friday.”
“The prices are implemented on a later date so that the tariff calendar is harmonized, according to a senior administration official who spoke to journalists during a call to the state of anonymity,” he added.
The president had previously announced a 50% rate on Brazil, but “order was only 10%, because the 40% others were part of a separate measure approved by Trump on Wednesday”.
