Bill Belichick company, managed by Jordon Hudson, files to trademark ‘Gold Digger’

A company owned by Caroline du Nord football coach Bill Belichick, and managed by his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has filed a file for the brand “Gold Digger”, with the intention of using the brand on jewelry and key channels.
Since at least June 2024, Belichick, 73, has been going out with Hudson, a former 24-year-old cheerleader, who has been accused by some as a “gold fouillard”, a term that refers to someone who enters a relationship mainly for financial reasons.
Now, it seems, Belichick and Hudson want to capitalize on criticism.
The company that filed the brand, TCE Rights Management LLC, under the direction of Hudson filed 17 brand requests in a week earlier in 2025, including “Chapel Bill”, “Belstrator”, “Trail of Salty Tears”, “No Days Off” and “The Belichick Way”, among others.
Hudson was very involved in all aspects of the life of the former Patriots of the Patriots of New England, from media management to a portfolio of increasing fixed assets.
The file was reported for the first time by the lawyer for the brand Josh Gerben.
