Original ‘RHONY’ stars reuniting in new E! series

The original “Real Housewives of New York City” is bringing the Bravo group back together for a new reality series that takes them from the Empire State to the Sunshine State.
Bravo alumnae Luann de Lesseps, Jill Zarin and Ramona Singer will reunite on E!’s “The Golden Life,” according to a press release. Kelly Bensimon and Sonja Morgan — who joined the first iteration of “RHONY” in its second and third seasons, respectively — will also star.
“In this new ‘golden’ era of life, longtime friends flourish in and around Palm Beach with fabulous second homes and a vibrant social scene. …The series will follow the group as they navigate the milestones of dating, family and careers,” the logline reads.

Zarin, 60, and Bensimon, 57, left “RHONY” after the fourth season, with both returning sporadically in subsequent seasons. De Lesseps, 60, Singer, 69, and Morgan, 62, all went down with the ship as the series – which debuted in 2008 – collapsed after its 13th season in 2021.
A younger generation of personalities starred in the ‘RHONY’ reboot premiering in 2023.
Even so, the former castmates never strayed too far from their “Real Housewives” roots.
In addition to all making appearances in different “Housewives” franchises, the spinoff “The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip” welcomed de Lesseps and Singer to its ranks in 2021, Zarin in 2022, as well as Morgan and Bensimon in 2023.
In 2023, De Lesseps and Morgan also starred in Bravo’s short-lived “Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake.”
