Trump-Appointed US Attorney Rains Down on Left’s Victory Parade Over National Guard – RedState
The American lawyer appointed by Trump, Bill Essayli, was quick to rain during the victory of the victory of the left, which he himself launched into the decision of a federal judge against the deployment by Trump of the National Guard in Los Angeles.

Moore highlighted part of the 52 -page decision by Breyer who read:
Nevertheless, under the orders of the defendants and contrary to the explicit investigation of the Congress, the federal troops executed the laws. The evidence at the trial established that the defendants systematically used armed soldiers (whose identity was often masked by protective armor) and military vehicles to set up protective perimeters and traffic blocks, engage the control of crowds and otherwise demonstrate a military presence in Los Angeles and the surrounding area. In short, the defendants violated the Posse Comitatus Act.
Immediately after the decision, the Democratic Governor of CA Gavin Newsom celebrated with other left -handers. The Newsom post said: “Donald Trump is losing again. The courts agree – his militarization of our streets and the use of soldiers against American citizens is illegal.”
The post of the governor included a title of CNN which, without surprise, said: “The judge said that the use of the army by the Trump administration in Los Angeles violated the federal law”.
But as with all these days, with regard to the left and all the legal tasks in which they have the enveloped Trump administration, the devil is in detail.

In response to Newsom post, “American lawyer Bill Essayli stressed the following:
“The soldiers will stay in Los Angeles. This is a false story and a misleading injunction,” said Essayli’s post. “The army has never participated in direct law operations here to. They protect our federal employees, our properties, so that our federal agents can safely apply federal laws.”
Oh no! Do you mean that Trump’s administration will not fall back and go home? This is excellent news for the city of Los Angeles and whoever believes in the rule of law. After all, the total chaos created by the left during the anti-gloss riots in June that started all of this.

Redstate has been at the top of the riots from the start. For those who could not remember, the “demonstrators” blocked the highways, burned cars and throws pieces of concrete among law enforcement agents. And in response, the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, refused to repress violence, blaming everything on Trump. Newsom did the best and did nothing but use it as an opportunity to improve his chances of 2028.
However, Los Angeles police chief Jim McDonnell exploded the democratic account on “peaceful protests” at the time and said things were out of control.
The only person who helped people and businesses was Trump and his administration. They are not sitting looking at the failed leaders of the blue city and the state continue to abdicate their responsibilities, but have taken measures.
Redstate reported that Trump had called the National Guard, and almost immediately, the madness we had attended on our riot screens disturbing residents of Los Angeles ended.
