With no takers yet, White House sets meeting with colleges still weighing an agreement with Trump

The five universities still mulling President Donald Trump’s higher education pact were invited to join a White House conference call Friday to discuss the proposed deal, according to two people familiar with the matter. By late Friday afternoon, one of the schools – the University of Virginia – had already refused to sign the agreement.
