Woke Arizona Lawmaker Feels the Heat From DHS After Caught Revealing ICE Sweep Locations – RedState
Not that it was not already a well -established fact, but democratic legislators at the level of the state are often just as fanatical as, if not more, those you will find in the congress.
For example, there are, of course, the Democrats of the Texas State Legislative Assembly, many of those who fled the State during the weekend in response to a redistribution dispute, shouting on the way “democracy was at stake” on a new proposed map which could potentially mark the Republicans of four to five other seats in the Chamber of the United States if they were approved.

There are also those who openly and actively try to thwart agents for the application of the immigration law, such as the legislator of the State of the Rhode Island Enrique Sanchez (D), which is now on the radar of DHS in an important way after having seemed to threaten the ice agents in a recent assignment X.
“It will soon be the day I confront these Nazi ice cream thugs in person to terrorize our communities. It will be a day of calculation and no return,” tweeted Sanchez on July 30.
The last legislative of the Democratic State to target ice is the senator of the state of Arizona analyzes Ortiz, who was surprised sharing information on immigration sweeping in her community on Instagram:

When the DHS was alerted to this information, the spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin started and noted that Ortiz’s actions could constitute an obstruction to justice:
“The senator of the state of Arizona analyzes Ortiz defends himself with vicious cartels, traffickers of human beings and violent criminals on American citizens,” said McLaughlin.
[…]In response to the question of Fox News Digital as to whether Ortiz could face accusations, McLaughlin replied: “It certainly resembles an obstruction of justice.”
[…]“Men and women of ice have brought their lives into play every day to stop violent illegal criminal foreigners to protect and defend the lives of American citizens,” said McLaughlin. “Do not be mistaken, sanctuary politicians such as the Arizona senator analysis Ortiz contribute to the thrust of the assaults of our ice officers by their dissemination and repeated demonization of the ice.”
At the level of the State, the senator of the Jake Hoffman State (R) is preparing to file an ethics complaint and asks Ortiz to expel on its continuous challenge (linguistic warning):

The Démocrat -Démocrat -General Prosecutor of Arizona, Kris Mayes, and other defenders of Ortiz also try to make this problem of freedom of expression, except, as pointed out by the representative of the republican state John Gillette, this is not exactly the case:
