Woman found fatally wounded Friday night in Washington Park neighborhood – Chicago Tribune
A 20 -year -old woman was discovered unanswered and fatally injured on Friday evening on the south side in the Washington Park district, Chicago police announced.
Shortly after 9:30 am, paramedical officers and paramedics responded to a call from a person killed in Bloc 5400 by South Prairie avenue. Upon arrival, the victim did not respond to a ball injury to the head, police said.
The victim was declared dead on the scene.
No one was in detention and detectives were investigating.
