WWE’s Randy Orton Reflects On Wrestling In 10 Elimination Chamber Matches

WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 is fast approaching, and if he wins the men’s Chamber match and faces Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42, this Saturday will be a marquee spectacle for Randy Orton. “The Viper” will wrestle in his tenth Elimination Chamber match, making him the first WWE Superstar in double digits for match appearances and extending his own record for most match appearances in WWE history. Orton was asked about what this milestone means to him during a recent appearance on ESPN’s “Get Up” and just like the other nine fights, Orton has only one thing on his mind: winning.
“Ten elimination chambers is a lot of elimination chambers,” Orton said. “My body’s been beaten all over this ring and this chamber man. It’s unforgiving, but I’m taking a lot of experience with myself into this chamber and I’m going to use it this Saturday, and I’m going to win the thing, and go to WrestleMania man. I only have so many years left to be able to do this, and I’m loving every second of it. So in the Chamber, I’m making it count.”

Despite Orton’s record for most Elimination Chamber appearances, he only won one. That win came back in 2014, when Orton was part of The Authority, but although that win was 12 years ago, Orton is set to pick up his second win this Saturday. “I was the bad guy. I came out last in the group, Daniel Bryan was the fan favorite, I ended up winning and main eventing WrestleMania. It was a huge win for me and I plan to do it all again this Saturday.”
