I went hands on with the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft: It’s fast and thin

Earlier this week, I attended the Amazon Fall material event, where the company presented the new members of its Kindle range – the new scribe and scribe Kindle Scribe Colordoft. In addition to these electronic readers, the company has also introduced new echo devices, new Fire TV products and new security cameras Blink and Ring.
As a big reader (I literally collect books and I currently have the Kindle Paperwhite), I was delighted to get a little practical demonstration time with the new Kindles, which are the sequel to the original Kindle scribe. The scribe was the first Kindle with a stylus, allowing readers to take notes, to scribble on the sidelines of books and to highlight the passages, among other features.
The Kindle Scribe Colorsoft also adds color to the product, although it has a high cost of $ 629.99. Until now, there is no release date (the Amazon product list says “to come soon!”), But I would be shocked if this product does not arrive in time to make its way on Christmas gift guides.
So, what is the new e-Lise closely like? Check it for yourself:
New Kindle Scribe and Kindle Scribe Colordoft: My first impressions
I’m going to be honest: the original Kindle scribe was a difficult sale, and it crammed our guide to the best Kindles. I expect it to always be the case with the new editions, which are even more expensive. But this is not a complete review.
Mashable lighting speed
In the launch event, Amazon leaders promised that the new Kindle scribe would be 40% faster thanks to a new personalized chip. (In our review of the Kindle scribe from last year, we criticized his slow performance, and we were not the only ones.) They said that he would instantly react to the stylus, which turned out to be true in my time limited with the device. The stylus and touch screen provided a drawing experience without gap and out of step, and it was similar to writing in a notebook, which is the point.
I was also very impressed by the update design. The new Kindle scribes are very thin and light, and they look fairly smooth in hand.

I dig the design of death similar to the star on new echo speakers
Amazon redesigned the Kindle scribe with maximum precision aluminum body, and it is only 5.4 mm thick. The color electronic reader looks great and the stylus feels good in the hand.
Representatives of Amazon have also shown new nice features, including a redesigned home screen for your library, notes and files. Above all, you can now import and export files to your Kindle from Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive. There is also a quick note tool to note the notes on the fly, which I do all the time as a writer.
There is a new cool feature that I want to call. On Prime Video, you can get summaries generated by AI series and films you watch. So, if you stop a series halfway and come back for months later, the “Story hitherto” tool will create a personalized summary of the points and key characters in the plot. This feature now arrives in Kindle, and I think readers will love it. It is an intelligent use of AI.

Until our criticisms can bring the scribe scribe colorsoft home with us and see how it works outside a demonstration environment, I will reserve the judgment.
But it is undeniable that the updated electronic reader has a well -improved design. It almost seems that the type of reader’s reading could design.
