Your Blood Will Run Cold When You Hear How Many Afghans With Terror Ties Were Welcomed Into US by Biden – RedState
During a Friday morning appearance on Fox News’ Fox & Friends, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard said the Biden administration has let into the United States more than 2,000 Afghan nationals with ties to terrorism following the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021. This startling figure was revealed just weeks after two members of the West Virginia National Guard guarding the streets of Washington, D.C., were caught in a ambush — one died of his injuries and the other is still in the hospital recovering — by an Afghan who was brought to the United States as part of Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome program.
According to DNI Gabbard, however, many of these Afghans currently residing in the country are not our allies, even if they have previously worked alongside our troops. She found that 100,000 poorly vetted Afghans arrived in the United States after the withdrawal, and among that number, “there are at least 2,000 who are known or suspected terrorists.”

And those are just the ones we know. As Gabbard pointed out, millions of unscreened foreign nationals have crossed the southern border under the Biden administration, so we are dealing with untold numbers of Islamists and people with ties to terrorism of all kinds hiding in our communities.
These figures come from the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), part of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Joe Kent, director of the NCTC, sounded the alarm “on the Biden administration’s policy of importing people hostile to our nation,” and told a meeting of the House Homeland Security Committee on Thursday that the suspected Guardsman shooter did not undergo rigorous screening before he and his family were brought to the United States.
“The individual was selected to serve as a soldier in Afghanistan, and this standard of vetting was used by the Biden administration as a ruse to get him here,” Kent responded. “If we had followed standard operating procedures for special immigrant visas, this person and none of the (others) … would have come to America. It’s Joe Biden’s fault.”
(It was at this hearing that Democratic Rep. Bennie Thompson (MS-2) made his now-infamous “accident” mistake when speaking about the ambush of the guardsmen. As RedState’s Rusty Weiss reported, Thompson was so upset that he called the shooting an “unfortunate accident” when we all know it was an entirely preventable tragedy that would not have happened if the Biden administration had made the safety of Americans its number one priority.)
DNI Gabbard also revealed that the NCTC, along with its partners at the FBI and DHS, “claims each of these individuals.” She added: “We know that Al Qaeda and ISIS continue to actively plan attacks against our homeland. »

News of the “withdrawal” apparently frightens those who have worked to bring so many Afghan nationals into American communities. “So what I’m really concerned about is that they’re just going to use this as an excuse to go back and look at people in a different light than the law requires,” remarked Shawn VanDiver, president of the resettlement group #AfghanEvac. VanDiver added, “And we know 100 percent that they’ve all been vetted.”
