According to court records obtained by Fox News Digital, Bryan reached a deal with prosecutors during a new arraignment on Feb. 23, pleading guilty to felony driving under the influence and recognizing additional punishment related to two prior drunken driving convictions.

The sentence stems from a traffic stop that occurred in February 2024 in La Quinta. At the time, he was charged with misdemeanor drunk driving and one count of contempt of court.
