In President Donald Trump’s first year back in office, more than 2.5 million illegal aliens left the country, thanks in large part to the administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration and its sweeping deportation program.
In its deportation campaign, the Department of Homeland Security has prioritized targeting violent illegal criminals. DHS Deputy Secretary Tricia McLaughlin accused the media of “whitewashing” the facts surrounding the arrests of illegal immigrants with violent criminal histories and portraying them as victims.
“As the media whitewashes the facts, day after day, our brave men and women of ICE risk their lives for the American people,” McLaughlin said.
From a “habitual” child predator to a decapitation incident to another that strangled a taxi driver to death, here are ten of the worst criminal illegal aliens arrested with violent charges this year.
1. Mohamed Sabry Soliman – Molotov cocktail terrorist attack in Colorado
On June 1, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian national living in the United States on an expired visa, was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, first-degree assault and a hate crime after allegedly setting people on fire at a pro-Israel event in Boulder.

According to the federal indictment, Suleiman threw two Molotov cocktails at attendees of the event, shouting, “Liberate Palestine!” According to the indictment, he was armed with a backpack sprayer containing a flammable liquid and a black plastic container containing at least 18 Molotov cocktails.
