Best Kindle deals
A Kindle you can write on
This is my favorite Kindle. Maybe I’m biased because I like a digital notebook as much as an electronic reader, and as I am a big reader on Kindle Unlimited and via my Libby application, using the Kindle scribe (8/10, Wired Recomded) easily groups all my most used features in a single device. It is easy to sketch notes and random ideas in the notebook section, and the screen is pleasant and large to enjoy the reading of my latest book of choice. The battery also lasts well and a long time – during the months that I had it, I perhaps loaded it three times.
The best Kindle
Run, don’t walk: the best Kindle is on sale. The 12th generation signature signature signature edition (8/10, Wired recommends) was launched last year and is a little larger than the basic Kindle. It comes with an option of hot light, which is soft for the eyes. It has fast and smooth performance, and overall, it is the best choice if you are looking for a new Kindle, even when it is not on sale. And it’s now!
The Kindle of the Minimalist
Amazon launched a new version of its basic Kindle last year, and although it is the most minimalist of its family of electronic readers, it is always a great small gadget. I am a great suction cup for the green color of Matcha. It’s nice and small, perfect for sneaking in a pocket or a small bag and take away with you wherever you go.
A colorful Kindle
If you are looking for a color reader but you don’t want to spend too much, good news: the Kindle Kindle Colorsoft (7/10, Wired review) is on sale now for Prime Day. This is the very first Kindle with a color screen, letting the covers and illustrations of the book shine. Colorsoft has encountered certain problems with performance and exchange program, so I would recommend buying a new one without exchanging your old Kindle. Right now, it’s an ideal moment because it is on sale.
A Kindle for children
If your children want a Kindle, instead of simply giving them your old one, ask them for a Kindle to have access to children + for six months and cute covers they will love. Kids + is a subscription service that gives access to a library of books designed for 3 to 12 year olds, and also offers books in Spanish. The conceptions of the cover will facilitate your child’s Kindle on your own (even if I want this space whale option for me).
A Kindle package
If you plan to buy a new basic Kindle, stop there. Instead, hang this Kindle package on sale which includes the Kindle 2024, a fabric blanket and an electric adapter (because no, your Kindle is not already delivered. Sorry!). It is an excellent set to protect your brand new Kindle and get your first Kindle accessory.
Best echo offers
A little echo
I love this funny little speaker. The echo (7/10, Wired recommends) between an intelligent screen and a basic speaker. I like it to be well designed for a bedside table because it has a pretty digital clock on the small screen (it looks like a semicircle, but it is really a small rectangle screen surrounded by a semicircle telescope) and shows you which alarm is defined for the next day. I like it to show you icons for the weather and the name of the song, but leaves aside the more distracting screen features. Again, perfect as a new smart assistant and a wake -up in one.
A Alexa smart display
One of the best versatile echo speakers, whether it is an intelligent spectacle or simply an ordinary Echo speaker, is the Echo Show 8 (3rd generation). This is a large size for almost everything he can do, and he can do a lot: broadcast videos, join video calls with the 13 MP camera, show you the weather forecasts, control your smart home and show widgets of your choice on the screen to personalize your content. He also has great sound, making it an excellent choice of speaker as well as an intelligent assistant. The only drawback is that the constant slideshow will display ads, but you can escape this by activating photo mode.
Small but powerful
The Amazon Echo Dot (5th generation) is a small edition of the main echo. It can do everything the main one can, and although it is much smaller, it always contains a fairly impressive sound quality, with improved bass on older models. It is already an excellent speaker for the price, and it is even more true now that it is on sale for Prime Day.
An intelligent naked display
It may look like an intelligent screen, but it focuses on a single feature: control your smart home. The Echo hub (8/10, Wired recommends) can always answer your questions, but all the other features that you may expect on a smart screen will generally not be found on this device. I am surprised to say that I did not miss these features. This gadget is minimalist and works very well as a center for your smart home, without distractions on the screen (or advertisements!) It has a weak speaker, but it will associate your favorite speaker to send him music requests.
A touch of color
The Amazon Echo Pop (7/10, Wired recommends) looks like someone who cut the echo point in two. It is a fun addition to a small room or a bedroom because it comes in color that no other echo does. The sound quality is not as strong as other echo devices, but it is good for relaxed listening. It’s a great way to burst (get?) A voice assistant and a little color in any room.
Fire
Our favorite budget tablet for children
If you are not trying to do everything on Apple’s iPad for your young exuberant, this Fire TV tablet is an excellent budget alternative, in particular on a hot sale. It is the best for children over 8 years old, because it has slightly more mature content and a more advanced design. You get superb things from the Amazon ecosystem, including games, books, videos, etc., all filtering by adults in the room. We like the two -year -old carelessness guarantee, especially if you have a child adapted to the falls, and this price makes it a good deal. —Yan Waniata
A solid budget streamer
If everything you need is a cheap and stable streamer, the one that shows you television and movies on Amazon Prime that you did not know, it is a nice purchase. This is a great option for Dumber 4K TV or even an HD TV that may require replacing the line. We always prefer 4K max TV for serious streaming after testing both, but you cannot do much better for a budget stick with vocal research at this price, especially if you are in Alexa as a co -pilot. —Yan Waniata
Amazon’s upper tablet
The Fire Max 11 (5/10, Wired Review) is the most beautiful Fire tablet in Amazon, but it is expensive for what you get, by doing a sales event like Prime Day the Prime (I am hilarious) to buy. The screen is solid, the speakers are not bad and the cameras are 1080p. It is not the most beautiful Android tablet that we have tried, but it is quite affordable to worth the clinging.
A streaming stick with attitude
If you like Amazon Prime emissions, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max is the streaming device for you. It is focused on Amazon Prime, but you can also access other streaming applications, so you will not be locked up in only first -rate emissions. It works well with other smart devices connected to Alexa as well.
