16 states sue the Trump administration over threats to pull funding for sex ed on gender diversity

Sixteen states and the Columbia district continued the American department of health and social services on Friday, alleging that its threats to withdraw funding for sex education during the programs mentioning various gender identities were a violation of the federal law.
