JD Vance to host ‘The Charlie Kirk Show’ in tribute to his close friend and ally

Vice-president JD Vance will organize an edition of “The Charlie Kirk Show” Monday evening in tribute to the conservative activist who was shot by a university event last week at the age of 31.
Announcing the move on X on Sunday evening, Vance said that the organization of the show would be an honor and an opportunity to “pay tribute to my friend”. The show will be displayed at 12 noon.

Vance and his wife Usha were close to Kirk and accompanied his coffin on a flight to Phoenix, Arizona, last Thursday, one day after the shooting.

Referring to the alleged Kirk killer, Kari Lake told the event that the colleges had become “indoctrination camps” thanks to the “most horrible brain washing campaign in the history of humanity”.
Some of the speakers have become emotional while remembering Kirk, in particular representatives Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ). The two told personal stories about the time spent with Kirk and offered prayers for his family.
The widow of Kirk, Erika, promised on Friday to continue the mission of her late husband. “If you thought my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea,” she said in a video. “You have no idea what you have just unleashed in the whole country and this world.”
