Claude Can Connect to More Apps You Use Every Day

Claude is getting a series of new connectors that will connect the AI tool to services you probably already use in your daily life, Anthropic announced Thursday.
Think of connectors as a simple way to extend Claude’s functionality. You can authorize connectors to access your applications, retrieve data, and take actions within this service. In addition to the new connectors, Anthropic has changed the way connectors appear in conversations. Claude will now dynamically suggest a specific connector based on the context of the conversation, so you shouldn’t have to ask for it. The blog post suggests either finding a reservation or adding a grocery item to your cart.
Claude is not the only one chatbot which connects to external applications. Both Gemini And ChatGPT allows you to do the same thing. With Gemini, you can easily connect to any of the several Google apps and act in these applications directly from the chat. And the same for ChatGPT: you can connect to Canva, Zillow and many others.
The Claude Directory now has more than 200 connectors since its launch in July 2025, and Anthropic promises more are on the way.
Historically, Claude has been a strong LLM at getting his job done, and many of his connectors reflect that. The latest connector additions are not focused on work, but on life.
Here is a list of some of the latest connectors within Claude.

Connectors are designed to facilitate access to applications and services within Claude, and Anthropic said it does not use any data retrieved from a connector to train its models. Claude will always ask you to confirm an important decision, like finalizing a purchase, and you can also easily disconnect a service when you no longer need it.
