AG Bondi Files Official Complaint Against Anti-Trump Judge Boasberg – RedState
The chief judge of the American district court James E. Boasberg was a thorn in the side of the Trump team, constantly governing against the administration – citing Kafka of everyone by doing this – trying to convince other lawyers, without evidence, that Trump will challenge court decisions and exhibiting obvious parties against the priorities of the GOP.
The Attorney General Pam Bondi saw enough and on Monday, the Ministry of Justice filed an official complaint alleging that Boasberg is guilty of fault.
The complaint was written in the direction of Bondi by the chief of staff of the GA, Chad Mizelle, and addressed to the chief of the United States Court of Appeal for the Circuit of the District of Columbia, Sri Srinivasan.
“The Ministry of Justice respects this complaint respectfully alleging misconduct by the chief judge of the American district court James E. Boasberg for having made inappropriate public comments on President Donald J. Trump to the Chief of the United States and other federal judges who have undermined the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary,” said Mizelle.
Judge Boasberg presides over a highly publicized case involving the expulsion of several migrants to El Salvador and spoke of holding the MJ lawyers into the outrage because of his assertion that his order to transform airborne planes was not followed. President Trump also made critical comments on Judge Boasberg.

The complaint continued, citing two particular incidents that they found embarrassing:

“On March 11, 2025, Judge Boasberg attended a session of the United States judicial conference, which existed to discuss administrative issues such as budgets, security and facilities.” Although his comments were inappropriate even if they had a base, they were even worse because Judge Boasberg had no basis – the Trump administration has always complied with all orders of the court. No Boasberg judge has identified an alleged violation of judicial orders to justify his unprecedented predictions. “

Boasberg probably acted on his own agenda and invented the law as you go. Judge Srinivasan is however one appointed by Obama, so I would not bet the farm on taking firm measures. Maybe Bondi sets the foundations for future movements against the lawyer infected with TDS?
One thing that this administration has repeatedly proven: they do not turn easily in the face of adversity.
