OSCEOLA COUNTY, Florida. – An Oviedo man was arrested this week after he was caught engaging in a “sex show” with a vacuum cleaner, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

In a statement, deputies said they responded Jan. 22 to Grassendale Street at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee after receiving reports of a man “exposing his sexual organs outside a residence.”

“Victims who observed this behavior provided a statement and a cell phone recording of a man, partially clothed, outside a residence, engaging in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner,” the statement read.

However, officers said the suspect had already left the scene before an officer could arrive.

Further investigation revealed the suspect and his wife were listed as hosts at an Airbnb and a home at Windsor Hills Resort, deputies added.

Apparently, a complaint had been filed just the day before about a man walking naked down a common hallway, investigators revealed. Video of the incident captured by a Ring camera was given to the responding deputy.

But it didn’t stop there.

“The deputy investigator walked the Almaton Loop area and spoke with other residents who provided statements of similar behavior by the suspect,” the release continued. “The incidents were reported to the HOA in December. Blink video was provided to the deputy of similar incidents of the suspect appearing partially clothed or naked in the hallway of the residence.”

Ultimately, an arrest warrant was obtained for Kevin Westerhold, 51, who was arrested Tuesday near his home in Oviedo, deputies said.

Today, Westerhold faces a charge of exposure of sexual organs.

Meanwhile, detectives are urging anyone else with knowledge of similar incidents involving Westerhold to contact the sheriff’s office.
