Alina Habba Gets Last Laugh After DOJ’s Latest Move in Battle Over US Attorney Role – RedState

But a spokesman for the Ministry of Justice said Thursday that the White House had withdrawn, allowing it to serve as an American lawyer.
On X, Habba took a sort of victory tower, noting that she was looking forward to continuing in the “fight for justice”:

As the Times notes, “the decision will allow Ms. Habba to direct the New Jersey office for at least the next 210 days.”
