Narwal’s Self-Cleaning, AI-Enhanced Robot Vacuum and Mop From CES Is Finally Ready to Buy

Narwal has a fairly in -depth range of empty robots, many of which we have tested in our overview of the best robot vacuum cleaners. One of the latest additions to the range is Narwal’s flow, announced for the first time in CES 2025. As its name suggests, the flow is another high-end robot vacuum which focuses on stamping, but it also comes with more advanced AI navigation and the ability to self-transport and untangle. It is now available for sale at $ 1,499 $ 1,099 for the presale.
According to Narwal CEO Junbin Zhang, the goal is to provide a hands -free experience. Many robot vacuum cleaners are targeting this by incorporating automatic wheelbase docks, self -cleaning and drying mop, and even robotic arms and lifting systems to help sort items or navigate obstacles.
We are currently testing Narwal’s flow in the Louisville de Cnet laboratory, but in the meantime, here is what we know that the flow brings to the table.
Narwal flow characteristics
There is a lot of jargon in the vacuum technology of the robot, but ultimately, all the terminology is quite simple.
Narwal’s flow can be cleaned with 12 newtons from pressure down.
- Flow washing cleaning system: Cleaning is the point of sale of the flow. Its cleaning system uses a vadrouille design that can be cleaned in real time with Fahrenheit fresh water at 113 degrees while collecting dirty water, so that cleaning pads are always rinsed with clean water between cycles. It also applies 12 Newtons of Pressure down to combat more difficult spots, although we always test its cleaning performance using a new method where we divide the raspberry jelly over various surfaces.
- Avoidance of the obstacle to twin dodge: Each vacuum of the robot tries to incorporate the avoidance of the obstacles of AI to a certain extent and Narwal is no exception. The robot is equipped with Ultra-Large degree RGB cameras and an AI chip which allows it to recognize and avoid more than 200 types of different objects, including pet waste, socks, plastic bags and cables. According to Narwal, this system allows precise navigation with a precision of 5 mm.
- Carpetfocus technology: This is an adaptive solution to clean the carpets. When the robot detects the carpet, its brush cover decreases automatically to create a high pressure sealed area, which increases the suction power and extracts deeply incorporated dirt. Remember that it is similar to the stronger pressure with a vacuum cleaner head. The robot also lifts its mop to avoid wet the carpets and uses a double -pass zigzag cleaning path for more complete cleaning.
- Dualflow system without tangle: Narwal calls this a system, but it is a fairly common characteristic among the robot vacuum cleaners, who use various methods to prevent the tangles of brushes or disentangle. The Narwal system consists of a floating roller brush without tangle and automatically automatic dynamic side brushes, which are both certified SGS to avoid tangles.
- Water connection: This is a new feature that we have never seen on a vacuum of the robot before. Flower series models offer an optional recharge and drainage quay that connect to the plumbing of your home to automatically fill and empty the vacuum cleaner tank. There is also a 480 mm detergent reservoir which should last two months before having to be filled.
The Vadrouille of the Narwal flow can go out to clean the edges up to 0.19 inches.
Other features
Other parts of the flow of Flow features are more standard and those that we generally expect to see on robot vacuum cleaners. It is delivered with 22,000 suction pass, which should result in solid performance on our sand collection test if the results of the competitors are something to pass. During cleaning, the flow of the flow appears to clean up to less than 0.19 inches of walls and corners for a full edge blanket. For corners, side brushes will also dynamically reverse the rotation to extend the hairs to widen their cleaning diameter.
Crossing obstacle is a new addition. Like Dreame X50 Ultra, the flow has a lift system that allows it to cross the thresholds, table legs and other obstacles up to 1.6 inches. The robot itself measures 3.7 inches high, allowing it to navigate under lower furniture such as beds and sofas.
As expected, there is also a multifunctional base for flow, a common feature on most high -end robot vacuum cleaners. The base 11 inch high, 8 in 1, automatically empties the 2.5 -liter trash can, allowing you to store up to 120 days of dust before having to empty. The base station is also the place where the robot automatically will wash the vadrouille in hot water, adjusting the water temperature from 113 degrees Fahrenheit to 176 degrees fahrenheit for sterilization, followed by dry air and water filling.
Finally, the flow has an integrated voice assistant which is activated by the command “Hey Nawa” and compatible with Alexa, Google Home, Siri and Matter.
The flow is accompanied by a washing and technology cleaning technology from Edgereach.
Price and availability
The Narwal flow is available in two versions:
- Water tank version: At the price of $ 1,499.99, it is available during the presale for a launch discount of $ 1,099.99.
- Compact version: The regular price of this model is $ 1,599.99, but it is on sale for $ 1,399.99 during the presale period.
