Greenberg: Yeah. And it is interesting and important strategically, but it is not so interesting morally. Everything is functional. Anyway, it was a really important atmospheric change. And therefore a large part of our own thought is moved, Can we make units focused on specific policies where we mobilize to try to reject this policy? has, What should we do to build mass public opposition to Donald Trump? And then to show it in force, in a way that will really introduce in all these alternative decision -makers to this question, Will Donald Trump really win? Because fundamentally what is happening [within] A bunch of company sections, said their decision -makers, Well, Donald Trump was elected. He won the popular vote. He will consolidate power. This is the new normal. I have to find my place under this new diet, and I have to secure my position. And so I’m going to fold and obey myself.

And it is our work collectively like resistance to make people think that it may not happen. Perhaps this will be a short-lived experience to try to impose fascism which will end with a disaster for him and a historical erasure for the Republican Party and an era of responsibility and retribution and democracy renewed later. And maybe they need to cover their bets a little, right? And so part of the thought is that we moved to stuff like hands and no kings, which were obviously massive efforts of collective movement. We must do things where we present ourselves to different problems, where we present ourselves at different times of crisis, but we also had to collect the arms collectively and have a great outfit orientation to bring out all those who could collectively oppose a part of what was going on and to show a large dissatisfaction at all levels.

And it was therefore the thought with Hands Off, which was oriented very well around reactions to the Doge Cutts and the attacks against a large part of our services, the federal government, civil rights, all the documents attacked there. It was thought without kings, which was a large anti-authoritarian, anti-sur-time, [and]Due to the deployment of the, the application of the anti-immigration law [protest]. Each of these demonstrations, they were oriented so that you can present yourself – whatever fundamentally, what we think is that we are far enough on the way to authoritarian consolidation of power. And at that time, we need to use the traditional tools we have. We must use our plea at Congress. We have to do our electoral work. But we must also recognize that these things will not be sufficient, and what we are going to need is mass civil resistance that targets not only our elected officials, but in fact all the facets of power in American society and says that you have to take sides.
