Martin, unable to gain confirmation by the Senate as a lawyer for the DCUS, was moved to the so-called “Armament Working Group” at Main Justice. Now, he has been imbued with a “special lawyer” with several of the same powers as an American lawyer, but who can wander freely without having to be a resident of the judicial district in which he operated.
• The acting American lawyer John A. Sarcone III of the Northern New York District sent two quotes to appear at the Office of the Prosecutor General of New York Letitia James in the context of unprecedented unprecedented acts for (i) his case of winning civil fraud against Donald Trump; and (ii) his successful trial against the National Rifle Association. Soult, you may remember, was bypassed by local judges who refused to extend his temporary role. Instead, the White House used a bypass solution by which Sarcone was appointed its own first assistant and automatically mounted in the role at the end of its initial mandate.

Note the avoidance of the Senate confirmation for the recruited hacks to carry out the dirtiest retribution work.

At the same time as the DOJ’s armaments were taking place, two people named by Trump on the DC Court of Appeals circuit neutralized the threat to the Trump administration of criminal contempt of the court procedure for its cheeky violation of the ordinance of chief judge James Boasberg, blocking the law on extraterrestrial enemies. By abandoning Boasberg, the Court of Appeal went to Trump in a historic constitutional confrontation which threatens the power and autonomy of the judicial branch.
