Trump vows no U.S. troops for Ukraine as plans for Putin-Zelenskky talks remain in the air

President Trump firmly undertook on Tuesday that no American troop will be deployed in Ukraine as part of a potential peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine, but said that he had not excluded other military options, in particular by using American air power to prevent future Russian invasions.
