– Real Madrid could compete with Manchester United to recruit the Olympiacos prodigy Christos Mouzakitisreports The Sun. The 18-year-old midfielder recently impressed in the UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid, leading The Whites manager Xavi Alonso to sing his praises after the match. The Spain U21 international is one of a number of talented youngsters being monitored by the Gunners, following a strong start to the La Liga season. Mainly used as a central midfielder, Mendoza has played 10 times in the league this season, scoring once.
– Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta has opened the door for a potential move away from Crystal Palace in January amid continued interest from Manchester United, says TEAMtalk. Mateta has reportedly expressed his desire to test himself at a higher level, prompting his team to explore possible options this winter. The France international has been in good form for Palace this season, already scoring seven Premier League goals, and offers in excess of £40m could be enough to lure him away from Selhurst Park.
– AC Milan have reached an agreement to sign a 20-year-old full-back. Juan Arizala of Deportivo Independiente Medellin, revealed Fabrizio Romano. A €3million fee, plus a future transfer clause, is understood to be part of the deal after the youngster turned down offers from England and Belgium. Arizala has been capped 22 times by the Colombia U20 team, making his debut for the team in early 2025, and was part of the squad that finished third at the U20 World Cup.
