Colbert’s Unfunny ‘Act’ Is Moving to a Prime Time Crime Drama, Where He’ll Play a Fake Talk Show Host – RedState

I was dismissed. Once. I followed the advice of a lawyer friend (now ex-ani) and I accepted an offer with his office. But the general partner of the firm was more interested in lawyers producing padded billing hours than doing real lawyer for lawyers. A partner entered my office at 5 p.m. one day, gave me a settlement agreement and a pen. Money for non-divulgation. Shut up for the company and take the money. I could not prove its padding at that time, so I signed. My computer was turned off and I was escorted at the door.

The only thing Colbert and I have in common is that we were both licensed. I was given about 10 minutes to hit the street. Colbert received 10 months. In the longest layoffs in the history of layoffs, Colbert will have what no one has ever dismissed – the benefit of having a public platform to accelerate on his employer and obtain millions paid to do so, for the next 10 months. I cannot understand why an employer would allow an employee licensed almost a year to throw mud against the boss.

Colbert’s talented writers will spend the coming months to find something new – like the dumping ground on Trump and Bash CBS. But the CBS programmers will reach, at some point, their abuse limit, and Colbert will receive a visit to a CBS frame, followed by two security guards.

It was not surprising for me that Colbert had many people in “industry” flowing towards his defense. Fallon, Kimmel to name two, but he also has the support of people working at CBS. In February, one of his guests was the star of a show entitled “Elsbeth”. Apparently it is a spin-off of “the good wife”. I had not heard of it either, but Colbert apparently offered a place in the series of Wendell Pierce, where Colbert will play a fictitious talk show animator. Creative.

Wendell Pierce is a dedicated Hillary Leg Humper. He attended his presidential agreement in 2016. He was on the board of directors of the Alliance for a healthier generation (a offspring of the Clinton Foundation). Once upon a time he timed a supporter of Bernie Sanders and accepted the management of anger and the diversion for the accusation to be rejected.

Perhaps the show hopes to have eyes on the target because Colbert’s news generates interests like a car wreckage generates Gawkers. “Elsbeth” is about as popular as 7/11 SUMI – in 79th on television. I don’t know about you, but it seems to be a good adjustment for Colbert. The late show is a lamentable notes failure, and Colbert has been simulating it for years, so this should be a transparent transition.
