“President Trump told me that he spoke this evening with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and discussed with him the Iranian response,” Ravid wrote. “However, he stressed that this was only a brief part of their conversation. “It was a very pleasant conversation. We have good relations, but it’s my business, not anyone else’s,” he said, referring to negotiations with Iran.

In an article on Truth Social, Trump also said that “the response from Iran’s so-called ‘representatives’ was ‘TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.’

“I just read the response from the so-called “representatives” of Iran. I don’t like it – TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! » Trump wrote.

In an interview with Breitbart News, Qubad Talabani, deputy prime minister of Iraq’s Kurdistan Regional Government, explained that the agreement “must be concluded between the United States and Iran.” Talabani also described Trump as a “master of the deal.”

“Deals must be made between the United States and Iran, and it cannot allow a third party to ruin its deal,” Talabani said.

“I think if President Trump, left to his own devices and America’s interests again, and truly pursuing an ‘America First’ agenda, could come to a good deal with Iran,” Talabani continued. “It’s also good for Iran.”

In an article on Truth Social, Trump shared Talabani’s interview with Breitbart News before Ravid’s post on X.

Breitbart News’ Joshua Klein reported that earlier this week, while speaking to reporters, Trump said Iran “really wants to make a deal.” Trump also cited “the immense damage inflicted on Iran’s military, nuclear, ballistic missile, drone, naval and broader military-industrial infrastructure.”

As the conflict between the two countries continues, Trump canceled a “planned trip by U.S. officials, including special envoy Steve Witkoff and advisor Jared Kushner,” to visit Pakistan.
