Dems, Don't Provide a Single Dime to MAGA Storm Troopers

Senate Democrats, to my surprise, stayed the course and refused to support funding for the Department of Homeland Security in budget negotiations, so the funding ran out on Friday. As my colleague Robert Kuttner reports, Democrats offered Republicans funding for everything else in the department except ICE and CBP as negotiations continued on immigration enforcement reforms, but they refused.
