Federal appeals court upholds decision that Trump’s view on birthright citizenship is likely unconstitutional
Washington – A federal court of appeal confirmed the decision of a lower court on Friday and has become the last court to determine the efforts of the Trump administration to end Citizenship of the right of birth is probably unconstitutional.
