Gallego Reveals Eye-Opening Info About That ‘Illegal Orders’ Video – RedState
My colleague Rusty Weiss reported on Sen. Ruben Gallego’s (D-AZ) troubling remarks regarding the video of six of his fellow Democrats in Congress and the news that the War Department was reviewing Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly’s role in the video.
Gallego then made worrying remarks about the military possibly reviewing the case.
“Donald Trump will disappear in a few years,” he said. “And if you are part of the military that attacks sitting senators, sitting members of Congress, and participates in the militarization of government, there will undoubtedly be consequences.”
Yeah. Talk about trying to put your thumb on the scale and intervene in the matter. What does he think it is? This effectively amounts to trying to influence the investigation and explicitly saying that the military will face “consequences”. It’s not about taking care of the military. He thinks he’s covering himself with a fig leaf by saying they should respect the Constitution and everything will be fine.

Mark Kelly makes damning admission when asked specifically about ‘illegal orders’
But that’s not all Gallego revealed. It turns out he was supposed to be involved in the video, according to what Galllego told CNN’s Kasie Hunt. He explained what happened “at the time the script came to me.” Yeah, he admitted there was a storyline.

Hunt made fun of him when he said he didn’t have time to record it when he got it, life happens, so he couldn’t do it, but he was 100% aligned with the video. It’s not funny. I don’t know why Hunt was laughing out loud. It says a lot about her that she finds it funny. And it says a lot about him, and none of it good, to have approved of the actions shown in the video.
This also raises other questions. What first video is he talking about? What was in there? Who was really behind the “illegal orders” video? Who wrote the script and sent it to people? How many people was this letter sent to and who else were they trying to include?
When we say Democrats are theater kids, it’s something when they admit to having a “script.” And Gallego doesn’t even seem to realize what he’s saying when he says that. It’s not the most brilliant move. Thanks Ruben for letting us know.
The FBI reportedly contacted Capitol Police to schedule interviews with members of Congress who participated in the infamous video and to determine whether there was any wrongdoing. They may want to ask some of the questions I noted above to get to the bottom of things.
