Indiana Fever release 2026 WNBA schedule
The Indiana Fever released its 2026 WNBA schedule on Wednesday, featuring notable dates against big-name opponents in a 44-game schedule.
The Caitlin Clark-led Fever will begin the 2026 regular season with their home opener against 2025 WNBA Rookie of the Year Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings on May 9.

Now a 15-team league, the Fever will host the Portland Fire on May 20 and travel to the city of Roses twice on May 30 and July 31. Indiana will host the league’s other new franchise, the Toronto Tempo, on July 16. The Fever will travel north of the border for clashes against Tempo on July 18 and August 18.
Indiana will face the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces three times this season, with the first two meetings taking place in Sin City on July 5 and 12, before the Fever host the Aces on August 6.
As in 2025, the Fever close out the 2026 WNBA regular season in Minneapolis, Minnesota in a home-and-home matchup against the Minnesota Lynx on September 24.

While free agency signings, expansion draft departures and other roster management moves are sure to alter the look of each franchise between late January and the start of the 2026 season, Fever fans will no doubt be eager to cheer the team on for a potential championship campaign when it opens in May.
Although exciting, the 2026 WNBA season remains in flux at this time. The WNBA and WNBPA are still in collective bargaining.
