Instagram’s Latest Update Added Reposts and a Snap Map Clone

Instagram copies the main features of three other social networks in a scan update. He adds an instantaneous Snapchat type card, a republication option clearly inspired by X (but implemented in the style of Tiktok), and to make good measure, it also deploys its diet in “Friends” Tiktok type coil on a global scale. It’s a lot to take, so decompos that.
Coils and republishing

The republication finally arrive at your Instagram profile. The new republication feature will allow anyone who will republish public rollers or messages on his own page, without having to worry about the previous Instagram bypass solution. These will appear in the flows of your friends, but unlike other sites, republishing them will not be mixed with your regular messages on your own profile and will be rather hosted in a new Recows tab. Like a quote article on X, you can also add your own comments to the republication, which will appear on them in a small bubble. To control if your messages can be republished, go to Settings and activity > Sharing and reuse.
Welcome to the Instagram card

The new Instagram card feature will allow users to share their most recent active location with their demons on an interactive card, which the site can use to promote more content based on location. This recalls the Snapchat card function, but with a major difference. Snapchat allows you to share your location even when you do not use the application, but Instagram limits updates from the location to the active opening of the application. It is also important to note that the location sharing is deactivated by default, so you will have to light it manually (under Messages > Map > Parameters) To publish your location on the Instagram card.
Instagram hopes that users will use the card function to plan dating places, but I can’t wait to use it to make sure I am far from my Instagram subscribers. Instagram will also display stories with the location sharing activated on the card page, so if your favorite local friend or local influencer publishes on a new coffee, he will also appear there, and you will not even need to share the location to see it. Likewise, users can also share short notes or messages directly on the card.

“Friends” tab in coils becomes global
Credit: Instagram
Meta has already tested a flow of devoted friends for the coil tab in the United States, but now it takes place worldwide. If you have always wanted a place that shows you all the strange rolls that your friends love and comment, that’s all. This will only show coils that your friends have created, loved, commented or republished, but if you want additional confidentiality, Meta says that it works on the deployment of means to hide your own tastes and comments to present itself in this flow, as well as silent activities of specific friends. The Friends tab is just above the coil screen, although I have not yet located new confidentiality controls – they will probably need time to reach everyone.
