Hung Cao tapped to lead sweeping Navy and Marine Corps overhaul reforms

Beyond upgrades to quality of life, the navy targets the complete compliance of the audit by the 2010 financial year to strengthen transparency and responsibility.

The recruitment of reforms will eliminate derogations based on Dei in favor of accessions to merit only, while the reserve forces are more closely integrated into the training pipelines in active service.

Permanent Station Change (PCS) orders will evolve more quickly and new policies will expand the choice of the school for the families of the military.

“These are not discussion points, these are deadlines,” said Cao about reforms. “We put an end to the bureaucratic drift and the restoration of excellence.”

CAO’s initiatives will also aim to unify family well-being and combat preparation under what Phelan describes as “a quarter, a game book”.

In Capitol Hill, the representative Jack Whitfield, R-Texas, president of the armed services preparation committee of the Chamber, the congress “would support the renewed focus of the navy on lethality and responsibility”.
