Is Commanders Brian Robinson Jr. a top 10 NFL running back?
Can Washington commanders run in ball brian Robinson Jr. be a Ballon carrier from the NFL among the first 10?
ESPN recently published its annual ranking of the 10 best players of each position, starting with the ball carrier. ESPN spoke with coaches, scouts and managers to determine the list. Robinson missed the top 10, which was not a surprise, but he landed in the "also receive votes" category.
Robinson enters a fourth critical season. His recruited season was affected when he suffered a ball injury just before the opening of the season and missed five games in total. Robinson appeared in 12 games, rushing for 797 yards and two affected. He followed this starting 15 games in 2023, rushing for 733 yards (4.1 YPC) and five affected. He also caught four Touché passes. Washington’s racing game had a hard time because of the attacking coordinator for this season, Eric Bieeniemy.
Last season, Robinson had a new start, playing in 14 games (13 departures) for the new attacking coordinator Kliff Kingsbury. He had quarry summits at all levels: 799 yards on the ground, eight touched on the ground and on average 4.3 yards per attempt.
There was a certain disappointment with the Washington racing match outside the quarter-Arrière Jayden Daniels last season. The commanders’ offensive line played surprisingly well for a large part of the season, but turned out late. Robinson’s production has slipped throughout the year.
Washington improved the offensive line during the offseason. Although the commanders have brought in a recruit, he should not challenge Robinson for the starting work at the moment. Robinson has a main opportunity to have its best season. Kingsbury wants to run the ball and use Daniels less to manage football. Robinson works with power and has a surprising speed. His physical style makes him popular with fans, and he now has a chance to spend more than 1,000 yards on the ground for the first time in his career.
Austin Ekeler will have a role, but Robinson is at the top of the depth painting and is lucky to have his best career season in what is going on to be a contractual year.
