The number of Listeria infections reached a new peak in 2025 in Norway, but Salmonella cases have declined sharply.
An annual report from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) shows that overall the incidence of diseases transmitted by food, water and animals is largely the same as in previous years.
