DC Bar Recommends Disbarring Trump White House Official

The DC bar recommended that I harm Jeffrey Clark Thursday on “dishonesty” in the legal advice he gave linked to the 2020 elections.
Clark, who now directs the regulatory examination at the Office of Management and Budget of the White House (OMB), should be struck off “consequently and to send a message to the rest of the bar and to the public that this behavior will not be tolerated,” wrote the DC board of directors on a professional responsibility in a report.
The board of directors concluded that Clark, who sat at the Ministry of Justice (DoJ) during Trump’s first term, tried to make “intentionally false declarations” in a project of letter suggesting that there had been a determining fraud of the results in the 2020 elections. (Related: target of the “law” of the Biden era, says it now directs “the most important agency” which you have “never heard”)
“Although dishonesty is always intolerable, the facts here worsen considerably to justify a radiation: the respondent was ready to bring the Ministry of Justice to lie into the status of his investigation into an important national problem (the integrity of the presidential election of 2020)”, continues the report. “Lawyers cannot defend any results based on false declarations and they certainly cannot urge others to do so.”
The DC Circuit Court of Appeals will make the final decision of the recommendation.

“The DC bar, which still counts Kevin Clinesmith who lied to the Fisa court as a member in good standing, is a shame,” said HAB’s communications director Rachel Cauley
“This last injustice is only another chapter of the continuous assault of the deep state against President Trump and those who stood next to him to defend the truth,” she said. “Jeff Clark was harassed, attacked, doxed and put on a black list simply to question a rigged election and serve President Trump. Despite the incessant political persecution, Jeff continues to be justified as irregularities more than 2020.
The Council has recognized that there is “no previous discipline cases in the event of compared information.”
“But that is not surprising given the underlying facts. To make this recommendation, we are aware of the need to maintain the integrity of the legal profession and to dissuade the respondent and other lawyers to engage in a similar fault,” said the report.
