NASCAR’s Connor Zilisch falls celebrating, breaks collarbone

Watkins Glen, NY – The points chief of the Nascar Xfinity series, Connor Zilisch, broke his collarbone after a hard fall in the victory path to Watkins Glen International.
After his sixth serial victory, Zilisch climbed on the roof of his Chevrolet n ° 88 to celebrate. He slipped after apparently getting a left foot in the window net on the driver’s side and clumsily tumbled on the asphalt.

Zilisch will not be available for the Cup race on Sunday in Watkins Glen. After having run in the Truck and Xfinity series in the past two days during the road, he had to finish a tripleheader by making his fourth cup this season for the Trackhouse races.
Trackhouse Racing said that he was withdrawing the car n ° 87 from Zilisch from the Sunday race.
