The Rams secondary has played pretty well, but could find itself without a significant piece here, while the defensive front could also take a hit in the run defense department.

Carolina will be without its top cornerback, a significant problem against one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL. The offensive line is also under strain and the linebacker corps will see two more absences despite the return of Trevin Wallace, who has no injury designations.

San Francisco will have a backup kicker here and will also be short another linebacker with Fred Warner already out.

Things are pretty clear for the Browns, although they might miss Wright as a rotation runner. If Ford can’t go, the backfield will be split entirely between rookies Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson.

CJ Stroud will return from a concussion for the Texans. The report is otherwise rather clean.

Daniel Jones is ready to play for the Colts despite a broken fibula. Their report is otherwise quite clean.

New Orleans will be without Kamara, meaning rookie Devin Neal, who is not on the injury report, will lead the backfield. The potential absence of Olave would obviously be a significant burden for the offense to bear.

The Dolphins have been shorthanded in the defensive backfield all season. The offense could take a hit if Jackson is unable to play, but could be improved if Waller is able to return from his injury.

Kirk Cousins will once again be without his top receiver and could also be missing the team’s best offensive lineman.

The Jets have a pretty clear record here, but Brownlee and Phillips are important defenders for a unit that recently traded Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams but has played surprisingly well since.

The Cardinals are deep in the backfield and could be down to Michael Carter and practice squad players if Knight can’t make a go of it. They also have several injuries up front on both sides of the ball. Harrison was limited all week in his attempt to return from appendicitis. Melton returned to limited practice Friday after not participating Thursday.

Morrison is a big absence in Tampa’s defensive backfield. Irving is expected to return to the fold and be part of a rotation with Rachaad White and Sean Tucker, according to coach Todd Bowles, who also said Mayfield has a tendency to play. Nelson and Reddick are important parts of the defensive front.

Brian Thomas Jr. has no injury designations and is expected to return after his absence. The Jags are missing a few pieces along the offensive line, as well as one of their best passers, which could help the Titans protect Cam Ward for a change.

Speaking of Ward, he will be without his starting center, but could get some help in the receiving corps if Ayomanor is ready to return and Okonkwo plays to his designation. Woods is questionable after missing last week’s match.

McCarthy is out with a concussion, leaving Max Brosmer to make his first career start. The Vikings won’t have one of their starting guards ahead of him. On defense, there are key potential absences at safety and up front – particularly Greenard and Metellus.

That’s a pretty clear cut for the Seahawks.

Mayer’s absence means Brock Bowers will likely play every minute for Vegas. The Raiders are already beat by Jackson Powers-Johnson up front and could be without another offensive lineman. And it seems there is a disease running through the locker room.

Both Hampton and Ogbonnia are on injured reserve. Hampton isn’t quite ready, but Ogbonnia might be.

Buffalo will be without one of its best defenders as well as its tackles for this game. These are massive absences.

The Steelers won’t have their starting left tackle, nor a key interior lineman on their defense.

The Broncos’ record is pretty clear, but Elliss’ absence would be a big blow if he can’t play.

Washington will once again be without its starting quarterback and No. 3 receiver, but Terry McLaurin is no longer listed on the injury report and will play.

New York Giants vs. New England Patriots (-7.5) (Monday)

The Giants announced Friday that Jaxson Dart, who missed last week’s game with a concussion, would start Monday. Dexter Lawrence, Kayvon Thibodeaux and Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles did not practice for the Giants on Friday. Paulson Adebo, Wan’Dale Robinson and Darius Slaytonn were limited.

Harold Landry and Jared Wilson did not participate in Friday’s practice for New England, while Jahlani Tavai was limited. Will Campbell is on injured reserve.
