Los Angeles Rams vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (9:30 a.m. ET, London)
One of the best receivers in the NFL is missing for this international competition as Puka Nacua is out with a knee injury. Nacua has 616 receiving yards this year, despite leaving last week due to injury. Davante Adams will now be Matthew Stafford’s No. 1 target in London against the Jags.
The Rams are favored by 3 points and the total is 44.5.
New Orleans Saints vs. Chicago Bears (1 p.m. ET)
D’Andre Swift has yet to miss a game, but he has been less than 100 percent for Chicago over the past few weeks. He once again carries a questionable injury designation for Sunday against the Saints, which is the highest injury rating for that game. Rookie Kyle Monongai is next in line for touches in Chicago if Swift is out or remains limited.
Chicago is a 4.5 point favorite and the total is 46.5.
Miami Dolphins vs. Cleveland Browns (1 p.m. ET)
Rookie Dillon Gabriel won’t have reliable tight end David Njoku for this game with the Dolphins because he is dealing with a concussion. He could also be without his starting right tackle, Jack Conklin, who is questionable due to a concussion.
The weather forecast for this one is crazy with heavy rain and remarkably strong winds predicted. As such, the total is only 37. Cleveland is favored by 2.5.
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs (1 p.m. ET)
The Raiders’ top two targets wouldn’t be able to play in this game against the Chiefs. Star tight end Brock Bowers doubts he will be able to suit up as he battles a knee injury. Receiver Jakobi Meyers is questionable.

Carolina Panthers vs. New York Jets (1 p.m. ET)
For the Panthers, the biggest injury news concerns those not on the report, as running back Chuba Hubbard is back after missing two weeks with a calf strain. It will be interesting to see how much the Panthers use him since Rico Dowdle had two 200-yard scrimmages in Hubbard’s absence.
On the other hand, the Jets’ porous offense will likely be without wide receiver Garrett Wilson, who is questionable due to a knee injury.
The Jets were favored at the start, but are now 1.5 point underdogs. The total is 42.5.
New England Patriots vs. Tennessee Titans (1 p.m. ET)
Mike Vrabel’s revenge game is also the Titans’ first game without head coach Brian Callahan, who was fired amid a horrible start and terrible offense. This struggling offense will be without its top receiver here, with Calvin Ridley ruled out. The Patriots hope to have Stefon Diggs here, although he is questionable due to a chest injury.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Chargers (4:05 p.m. ET)
The Colts could lose two of their top secondary players, as Kenny Moore is questionable while dealing with a lingering Achilles injury, while Charvarius Ward is out due to a concussion he suffered during warmups last week.
The Chargers are pretty beat up here. Tackle Trey Pipkins, who is playing due to other injuries, is out. Second-year tackle Joe Alt is not expected to play this week. Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals (4:25 p.m. ET)
Most important here is the status of Kyler Murray after missing last week with a foot injury after being listed as questionable. The Cardinals have played well without Murray, but will need him against a tough Packers defense. The Cardinals also said running back Emari Demercado, who missed a potential goal-line touchdown two weeks ago, is questionable.
The Packers will wait for Christian Watson to return for at least one more week, while touchdown machine Josh Jacobs is questionable due to illness.

Washington Commanders vs. Dallas Cowboys (4:25 p.m. ET)

The 49ers will once again turn to Mac Jones, with Brock Purdy’s toe injury holding him back once again. The good news for the 49ers is that George Kittle is set to play his first game since Week 1 and will have no snap counts, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. Ricky Pearsall will not play, however. Defensively, the team is already without star player Nick Bosa, and top linebacker Fred Warner is also likely out for the year after dislocating his ankle last week.
Atlanta will be without first-round pick Jalon Walker, while Darnell Mooney aims to play this week after an injury-plagued start to 2025.
San Francisco is favored by 1.5 points. The total is 47.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions (7 p.m. ET, Monday)
The Bucs are beat badly offensively and have been for a while, but they keep winning. They have another big test against the Lions this week, and Baker Mayfield will once again be without running back Bucky Irving and wide receiver Chris Godwin. Mike Evans has a chance to return from his nagging hamstring injury, and rookie sensation Emeka Egbuka is also questionable with a hamstring injury of his own.
Detroit is favorite with 5.5 points. The total is 52.5.
Houston Texans vs. Seattle Seahawks (10 p.m. ET, Monday)
The Texans will be without veteran wide receiver Christian Kirk against the Seahawks on Monday as CJ Stroud and Co. look to build on their 44-point outburst in their last game. The Seahawks have one of the best defenses in the NFL this year, and while they will be without edge rusher Derick Hall, who had 8.0 sacks last year, two of their top secondary players could return after lengthy absences as cornerback Devon Witherspoon and safety Julian Love are questionable.
The Seahawks are favored by 3 points, and the total is 41.
