Oops! Google’s unannounced new Nest Cams spotted in Google Home app

Large manufacturers of smart houses are fuishing like sieve in recent times, giving us juicy previews of their super secret versions. Philips Hue was recently the victim of his own leak which revealed all its range of autumn products, and now Google seems to have involuntarily shared images of its new Nest Cam equipment.
First of all, a rapid summary: Google had already teased – intentionally – a new Smart Gemini speaker during its Pixel event a few weeks ago, and there are barely days, he promised a next Google Home update on October 1, with a partial image of what seems to be a new Nest camera.
These tips on new Google Home products are not the leaks we are talking about NOWHowever. Instead, it seems that Google may have inadvertently left images of its new Nest material in the Google Home application after a recent update.
The images, which were spotted by Android Authority and seem to have been later drawn from the application, reveal nothing new to the new nesting cams, except the fact that they exist.

In total, we are talking about three new nest cams, including a second generation Nest Cam camera, a third generation nest camera and a third -generation nest bell, which are all wired models.
Aside from the images themselves, which seem almost identical to the old models, Google’s leak also reveals code names for cameras. The new Nest Cam Outdoor, for example, is named “Lionesa”, according to Android Authority, while the interior Nest Cam of the next generation has the internal name “Ustica” and the doorbell of the Nest door has been nicknamed “Rhodes”.
Other details on the new nest cams have previously been unearthed by Android titles, which indicated that the cameras will offer a 2K resolution, against 1080p on the previous models. The other new features include the “zoom and cropping” capacities, as well as three -hour broader video previews, an hour of local video storage and a range of new colors.
All our persistent questions about the new NID equipment should be answered soon, with Google Tweet on X earlier this week that “Gemini arrives at Google Home” and teasing that we should “return on October 1”, with a link pointing to the Google store.
It has been four years since Google updated its nest cam line, and even longer since we got a new Smart Google Home speaker.
Many were left if Google was ready to give up the release of new Nest devices, but Google clearly pointed out that it did not make its own smart products.
