Pair busted in border agent’s NYC shooting charged with possessing ammo as illegal aliens
Two men of the Dominican Republic who committed a litany of crimes after having entered illegally in the United States were charged in relation to the shooting of a custom and border patrol agent on the top of Manhattan, the federal authorities announced on Thursday.
Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, 21, and Christian Aybar-Berroa, 22, are confronted with federal accusations linked to the possession of ammunition by an illegal foreigner, said internal security officials.
