PlayStation just launched its 2025 Wrap-Up — but good luck getting it to load

- PlayStation has just launched its 2025 Wrap-Up
- This seems to work for some, but loading times are slow
- In 2024, the PlayStation Wrap-Up has completely crashed
It’s December, which means end-of-year recaps are all the rage – and not to be outdone by Spotify or Apple Music, PlayStation is once again entering the fray with its now annual PlayStation Wrap-Up.
Just like the 2024 edition, PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 lets you look back on your year of gaming on PS5 or PS4. It features key data like your top games, how much you’ve played, and even information about how you play, as well as what accessories you use in some cases, all on a dedicated landing page.
Unfortunately, like last year – but apparently not because of a complete crash – PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 is a little slow once you log in and go through the experience, at least for some.
On several occasions I met a “Uh oh… Looks like something went wrong :(“ screen. Although other people, according to online publications, have managed to achieve this.
However, the odds may be more in your favor, so let’s take a look at how to access your PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 and what the PS5 maker is offering in this year’s edition.
To get started, you’ll need a PlayStation account and at least 10 hours of gameplay on PS5 or PS4. If you meet these conditions, you can go to https://wrapup.playstation.com. Just a warning: I can’t even get the “Uh oh” the screen is gone – refreshing or trying to log in only gives me a 500 Internal server error.
When I first logged in, I quickly saw my list of top games, with Grand Theft Auto V up. However, when I tried to click on the next dataset, I got the “Uh oh” screen, then an error page and finally a server error. It seems like a crowd of people are trying to see their conclusion. It works for some users, according to posts on Reddit and X (formerly Twitter), but the results are mixed.
Considering last year’s complete crash, when PlayStation had to take the experience offline, this year the results are a bit better – although we’ll have to monitor it closely to see if the issues persist. I was able to log back in and get a better overview of the games I played this year – 12 in total – but I still can’t get to the next slide.
PlayStation’s Wrap-Up 2025 announcement blog post says it will also share all your trophies earned, total hours spent playing, and a detailed genre breakdown. Even more interesting is the teasing of information tailored to the devices you use with your PlayStation, such as the PSVR 2, your favorite DualSense controller – Icon Blue, anyone? – and the Portal handheld.
Clearly some people have come in and see a nice share card, with a classic PlayStation theme, ready to post. Just check out this Reddit thread, where some users can’t load the experience, and others compare ratings on top games and total hours spent playing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rush of people trying to get their own PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 was the cause of all this instability.
I got to the next screen, which showed my gender, but then encountered another 500 error. After a few refreshes, it took me back to the main login screen. So if you’re in the same boat, lots of refreshment and patience might be key.
You can try logging in and viewing your PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 here, but be careful: it’s slow and errors may occur. Let’s hope PlayStation is on board; we requested an update.
In the meantime, let us know in the comments below if the Wrap-Up experience works for you – and share your most played title of 2025.
