Pop star Shakira released the official music video for “Dai Dai,” the 2026 World Cup anthem featuring Burna Boy, on Saturday, weeks before the FIFA tournament kicks off in North America.

In the video, Shakira dances and sings in front of a football field backdrop, surrounded by an ensemble of dancers. The clip also features appearances from some of the biggest stars in world football: Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, Luis Díaz, Vinícius Jr., Rodri, Takefusa Kubo, Santiago Giménez, Alphonso Davies, Jamal Musiala, Christian Pulisic, Harry Kane and Erling Haaland.

Shakira first released the track on May 14; Saturday marked the debut of the official video.

This is far from his first World Cup moment. The Colombian superstar has been closely linked to FIFA for almost two decades, dating back to the closing ceremony of the 2006 tournament in Germany, where she performed “Hips Don’t Lie” and “Bamboo.” She then opened and closed the 2010 World Cup in South Africa with “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)” and returned to the stage at the 2014 tournament in Brazil.

This summer, Shakira will once again make history by headlining the first-ever FIFA World Cup halftime show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19 – the day of the World Cup final – alongside Madonna and BTS.
