Sheriff Arrests Secret Service Agent John Spillman For Public Masturbation. Woman Reportedly Claims He Followed Her
The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office arrested U.S. Secret Service Agent John Spillman on Monday after he allegedly masturbated in public.
Spillman, 33, was in Miami to work exterior security during President Donald Trump’s appearance at the PGA Tour’s Cadillac Championship on Sunday, according to CNBC. The sheriff said he responded to a call about a naked man on the sixth floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center Sunday evening. They claimed to have found Spillman “masturbating down the hall” when they arrived at the scene, according to CNBC, citing an arrest report.
The arrest report claimed that guests called hotel security, who arrived to see “the defendant with his pants down and masturbating on the sixth floor,” according to the Daily Beast.
After his arrest, a woman in a nearby room allegedly told officers that Spillman followed her from the hotel lobby to the sixth floor.
“The victim indicated she immediately went into her room” because she feared for her life, the arrest report states, according to CNBC.
“The victim saw the defendant masturbating outside her hotel room,” the report continues.
Hotel security said they saw the same alleged behavior, according to the arrest report.

U.S. Secret Service Chief of Police Richard Macauley released a statement to CNBC saying the agency was aware of the off-duty agent’s arrest.
“The alleged conduct is unacceptable and stands in stark contrast to the professionalism and integrity I demand of our staff,” Macauley said.
“This agency takes these matters with the utmost seriousness; therefore, the individual has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this criminal matter and a full and thorough internal investigation.”

It is unclear when it will be released at the time of publication.
The Secret Service is currently conducting an internal investigation and has reportedly placed him on administrative leave pending the results of the investigation.
