‘Something Sinister’ About Disappearances, Deaths of 11 High-Level Scientists – RedState

The issue of our missing or killed scientists becomes even more worrying. While at first many dismissed these concerns as simply a conspiracy theory, it now appears to be much more than that. On Sunday, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Republican Rep. James Comer (KY-01), appeared on the weekend show Fox & Friends to express his growing concern.

Rep. Comer said:
This worries us a lot. This is a national security issue. This suggests something sinister could be happening. So we want to see what we can do and hopefully with our bully pulpit maybe we can call attention to this and ask anyone with information to contact Congress so we can help determine what’s going on here and prevent this from happening in the future.
An article on the Fox News website has more details on Rep: Comer.
“We sent a notice to the War Department, to the FBI, to NASA, to the Department of Energy, that we want to know everything they know about what happened to these scientists, because those four agencies were primarily the ones that these 11 individuals were affiliated with. And we want to try to piece that together.”
Comer plans to bring the leaders of those offices before Congress, but said he sent the letters first to give them time to ensure their testimony would not compromise any potentially classified investigations.
The key here is the national security aspect. The people who were killed or missing all appear to be among our greatest experts in their fields, which include physics, including astrophysics and planetary science, aerospace engineering, nuclear physics and fusion energy, nuclear weapons, and advanced materials research. These are people who work at the cutting edge. Any hostile power, and there are a number of possible culprits, could seek to remove these individuals from the board or capture them to continue their own research. It’s a safe bet that’s what Rep. Comer is concerned about.
Last Thursday, RedState’s Jennifer Van Laar gave us a comprehensive list of deceased and missing scientists. Jennifer writes:
Nearly all of the scientists involved worked directly for the U.S. government or on government-funded programs related to nuclear power, aerospace, or UFOs, working at places like Los Alamos National Laboratory, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
This is becoming a very real concern; there’s a lot of smoke here so there won’t be a fire somewhere.

President Trump is also worried.
The Trump administration is investigating reports that at least 10 U.S. scientists, many of them researching UFOs or nuclear energy, have died or mysteriously disappeared since mid-2023.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Wednesday that she had not spoken to other officials about the increase in deaths, but that the White House would look into the worrying trend.
Sometimes the patterns aren’t really there. After all, our brains are largely made up of large pattern recognition systems, which is why we see dragons in the clouds on summer afternoons. But it’s starting to get worrying. It seems more and more that something suspicious is going on, that someone or someone is working to exclude some of these top scientists from the picture. Are they aliens? Certainly not. If anything is going on, the problem is certainly much closer to home, and remember, we just went through four years of wide open borders and non-enforcement of immigration laws, during which time a number of people from several hostile countries were able to enter the United States.
