Texas will head into the offseason with another question on the roster after wide receiver Parker Livingstone announced his intention to enter the transfer portal, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3.

Livingstone emerged as one of the Longhorns’ most productive receivers in 2025. He finished the season with 29 catches for 516 yards and six touchdowns, providing a reliable option in the passing game. He also led the team with 17.8 yards per catch and had three catches for 25 yards in this week’s Citrus Bowl.
Livingstone was ranked as the No. 342 overall prospect in the Rivals industry rankings. He checked in as the No. 52 receiver nationally and the No. 54 player in the state of Texas in 2024.
Texas closed the regular season 9-3 with losses to Ohio State, Florida and Georgia, leaving the Longhorns out of the College Football Playoff despite wins against Texas A&M and Oklahoma. The offseason has now reached a key period as Texas prepares for what is expected to be Arch Manning’s final season.

With the transfer portal opening on January 2 and a top 10 class already signed by Rivals, the Longhorns should be active in remaking the roster.
